Scholarship Policy & Conduct

To replicate the seriousness of a physical competitive exam classroom, students must maintain a professional online environment.

• Mandatory Live Video Policy: The student's web camera or smartphone camera must remain ON at all times during live sessions. The student’s face must be clearly visible and centered in the frame. Turning the camera off, pointing it away, or blurring the screen excessively will result in immediate removal from the live session and the student being marked absent.
• Audio Protocol: Microphones must remain muted by default to prevent background disruption. Students must use the platform's "Raise Hand" feature to ask questions and unmute only when explicitly permitted by the faculty.
• Infrastructure Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the student to arrange for a stable internet connection (minimum 4G/Wi-Fi) and a functional camera device. Data exhaustion, local power cuts, or device malfunctions will not be accepted as valid excuses for keeping the camera off or missing a class. Standard rescheduling rules will apply.
• Environment & Attire: Students must sit upright at a study table in a quiet, well-lit room. Attending classes from a bed, a moving vehicle, or public spaces is strictly prohibited. Students must be dressed in decent, appropriate attire during all live interactions.

Because seats under the 100% scholarship matrix are strictly limited, consistency is non-negotiable.

• Minimum Attendance Threshold: Students must maintain a cumulative attendance of at least 85% across all subjects every month.
• The 5-Day Absolute Drop Rule: If a student remains absent for 5 consecutive days without prior official written or telephonic approval from the institute administration, it will be formally deemed a voluntary dropout. The 100% scholarship seat will be instantly and permanently revoked and reallocated to a waitlisted candidate. No appeals or reinstatements will be entertained.
• Program Withdrawal Policy: If a student decides to voluntarily withdraw or drop out midway through the course duration without a verified, severe medical reason, they must return all physical study materials, modules, and books provided by the institute in pristine condition within 7 days.

While the scholarship completely waives tuition fees, managing irregular schedules, individual backups, and custom server data allocation incurs operational costs.

• Rescheduling & Backup Fee: The scholarship strictly covers the scheduled live batch timings. If a student misses a live lecture or a scheduled mock test for personal reasons and requests a backup video access, a recorded session unlock, or a rescheduled test slot, a nominal Administrative & Resource Fee of ₹49 per session will be charged.
• Payment & Access: Backup resources or rescheduled test links will only be provisioned after the ₹49 fee is successfully paid via the institute’s official UPI/payment gateway.
• Monthly Cap: To prevent dependency on recordings, a student is permitted a maximum of 3 rescheduled/backup requests per month. Beyond this limit, backup access will deny automatically, regardless of payment.

A 100% scholarship requires matching performance. The institute reserves the seat only for students actively working to clear the competitive examination.

• Daily Practice Problems (DPPs): Submission of daily homework, assignments, and DPPs is mandatory before the commencement of the next class. Chronic failure to submit assignments will result in a temporary suspension from live sessions.
• Mock Test Performance: Appearance in all weekly and monthly competitive mock examinations is mandatory. Students must maintain a minimum average benchmark score of 60% in these assessments.
• Academic Probation: If a student’s average score drops below the benchmark, they will be placed on a strict 2-week Academic Probation. Failure to show measurable improvement by the next major evaluation will result in the immediate cancellation of the scholarship.

By studying on a 100% scholarship, the student and parents agree to cooperate on promotional branding.

• Publicity & Topper Marketing Rights: In consideration of the 100% tuition waiver, the student and parents grant the Institute exclusive, irrevocable rights to use the student’s name, photographs, video testimonials, interview clips, and final exam ranks/results in any marketing, social media, print media, or promotional campaigns.
• Exclusivity of Rank: The student agrees that they will not sell, share, or register their exam credentials, roll numbers, or ranks with any other coaching institute or online learning platform.
• Exclusive Enrollment: The student certifies that they are not enrolled in any other parallel coaching center or live batch for the same competitive exam. Discovery of dual enrollment will result in immediate termination of the scholarship.

Proper digital etiquette and respect for copyrights are strictly monitored and enforced.

• Chat Box Decorum: The live chat feature is restricted strictly to academic queries. Any form of spamming, promotion of personal links, sharing contact numbers, cyberbullying, or inappropriate comments will lead to instant expulsion and legal/disciplinary review.
• Copyright Protection: All PDFs, lecture recordings, mock test papers, and software login credentials are copyrighted property of the institute. Sharing, recording, distributing, or selling these materials externally constitutes a legal offense and will lead to immediate expulsion and legal action.
