Fair Play Policy

At Nationwide scholars challenge, we are committed to maintaining the integrity and fairness of all competition conducted. This Fair Play Policy outlines the rules and measures we have in place to ensure a level playing field for all participants. By registering for the competition, you agree to abide by this policy.
1. General Rules
- All participants must register individually and provide accurate information during registration.
- Participants must not share their login credentials or allow others to participate on their behalf.
- Any form of cheating, malpractice, or violation of the rules will result in disqualification
2. Competition Structure
- First Level: The initial round of the competition will be conducted using online platforms such as Google Forms or similar tools. Participants will answer questions within a specified time limit.
- Final Levels: The final rounds of the competition will always be conducted online live. Participants will be required to attend the live session and complete the tasks in real-time under supervision.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Use of Unauthorized Tools: Participants must not use AI tools, automated software, or any other unauthorized assistance to generate answers.
- Plagiarism: Copying content from other sources or participants is not allowed. All submissions must be original.
- Impersonation: Participants must not impersonate others or use fake identities.
- Collusion: Collaborating with others to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to participate in the competition is not allowed.
4. Monitoring and Detection
To ensure fair play, we use the following measures:
- AI Detection Tools: We employ advanced software to detect AI-generated content, plagiarism, and suspicious patterns in submissions.
- Human Review: All submissions are reviewed by our team to identify any irregularities.
- Log Analysis: We monitor login activity, IP addresses, and device information to detect unauthorized access or multiple accounts.
- Random Checks: We conduct random checks during the competition to ensure compliance with the rules.
- Live Proctoring: For final levels conducted online live, we may use proctoring tools to monitor participants in real-time.
5. Consequences of Violations
If a participant is found to be in violation of this Fair Play Policy, the following actions may be taken:
- Disqualification: The participant will be disqualified from the competition.
- Ban: The participant may be banned from future competitions organized by Nationwide scholars challenge.
- Public Announcement: In cases of severe violations, we reserve the right to publicly announce the disqualification.
- Legal Action: In extreme cases, legal action may be taken against the participant.
6. Reporting Malpractice
If you suspect any form of malpractice or violation of this policy, please report it to us immediately at malpractice@nationwidescholarschallenge.com. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
7. Fairness and Transparency
- All competition questions and evaluation criteria are designed to be fair and unbiased.
- Results will be announced only after a thorough review process to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Participants can request feedback on their performance, subject to the availability of resources.
8. Timed Tests
· All levels of the competition will be timed to ensure fairness and prevent external assistance.
· Participants must complete the test within the specified time limit. Once the time expires, the test will automatically submit.
· Timers will be clearly displayed during the test to help participants manage their time effectively.
9. Randomized Questions
· To maintain fairness and prevent malpractice, questions will be randomized for each participant.
· This means that no two participants will receive the same set of questions in the same order.
· Randomized questions help ensure that all participants are evaluated on a level playing field.
10. Live Proctoring for Final Levels
· The final levels of the competition will be conducted online live with proctoring to ensure integrity.
· Participants will be required to attend the live session and complete the tasks in real-time under supervision.
· Live proctoring may include:
Video and audio monitoring.
Screen sharing to track participant activity.
AI-based proctoring tools to detect suspicious behavior.
· Participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a working webcam, and a quiet environment for the final levels.
11. Clear Instructions for Every Competition
· Detailed instructions about the competition format, rules, and guidelines will be provided to all participants:
Via Email: A comprehensive email will be sent to registered participants before each level of the competition. This email will include:
Test timing and duration.
Instructions for accessing the test platform.
Rules and guidelines for fair play.
Technical requirements (e.g., browser, internet speed, webcam for final levels).
PDF Brochure: A downloadable PDF brochure will be provided, summarizing all the details about the competition. This brochure can be saved for future reference.
12. Transparency and Communication
· We are committed to providing clear and timely communication throughout the competition.
· Any updates or changes to the competition schedule or rules will be communicated via email and updated on the website.
