Refund Policy

At Nationwide Scholars Challenge, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants of all competition. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds for the registration fee will be issued. By registering for the competition, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. General Refund Rules

· The registration fee for all competition is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

· Refunds will only be issued in specific cases, as outlined below.



2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered in the following scenarios:


1. Competition Cancellation:

  • If the competition is cancelled by Nationwide Scholars Challenge, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued to all participants.


2. Technical Issues:

  • If a participant is unable to access the competition due to technical issues on our end (e.g., platform failure), a refund may be issued upon verification.


3. Duplicate Payment:

  • If a participant is charged multiple times due to a technical error, the duplicate payments will be refunded.


4. Withdrawal Before Deadline:

  • If a participant withdraws from the competition before the registration deadline, a partial refund may be issued, subject to administrative charges (if any).


3. Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

· If a participant is unable to attend or complete the competition due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, internet issues, or scheduling conflicts).

· If a participant is disqualified due to a violation of the Fair Play Policy or other competition rules.

· If the participant fails to provide accurate information during registration (e.g., incorrect email or payment details).


4. Refund Process

· To request a refund, participants must contact us at Paymentshelp@nationwidescholarschallenge.com within 7 days of the issue arising.

· The refund request must include:

  • Participant’s name and registration details.

  • Proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID or receipt).

  • Reason for the refund request.

· Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.


5. Administrative Charges

· If applicable, administrative charges (e.g., payment gateway fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.

· Participants will be informed of any deductions before the refund is processed.


6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
